Heat water, butter, garlic and oruon salts to boil in a large saucepan. Remove from heat. Add
cream cheese, milk and sour cream, stirring until smooth.

. STIR in potatoes, mixing until all ingredients are combined. Spread into baking dish.

. SPRINKLE with paprika and bake

TIP: Before adding paprika and baking, casserole can be refrigerated for up to

hours
Sprinkle with paprika and bake as directed. Can be garnished with chives.
